What if I’ve never meditated before?

Then ABOM is seriously your starting point. YOU are why I made this course. I am soo passionate about meditation, I wish everyone in the world knew that it was accessible to them! So I drew together everything I needed when I first started into one course, and the folks who took ABOM in the first round confirmed it was perf for beginners : )

How long do I have access to the course?

For six months! My first students took it in 2 weeks. It takes about 2-3 hours to complete, so you’ll have plenty of time to go through it and revisit!

Who is ABOM for?

ABOM is for true beginners—that’s who the course is made for! If you’ve never meditated before, or only had a few one-off experiences (that really weren’t all that great for you), then this course is absolutely for you. 

If you’re looking to get back into your meditation practice, this course can also be incredibly helpful for you as well.

How long does the course take to complete?

About 2-3 hours over the course of 1-3 weeks. Unless you want to binge five meditations and twenty or so journal prompts. But I’d recommend spreading it out : )

So like… why should I trust you?

Ever since I studied Public Health in school I’ve been extremely passionate about complementary medicine, and meditation became a beautiful way I could create more lasting and sustainable mental wellness for myself. So, now I share with with others, after crafting my practice for the past three years!

Over the past three years, I’ve experimented with more types of meditation than I know what to do with. Out of that experience, these five types that I teach you are the most transformative for me, personally, and what I found helped me most in the beginning of my meditation journey.
